1.    Give description on how to write paragraph with adequate and inadequate unity.

A good paragraph has characteristic unity,coherence,and adequate coherence.

Unity:
State the main idea of the paragraph in a clearly constructed topic sentence. Make sure each sentence is related to the central thought.

Adequate development:
Develop your paragraphs with specific details and examples.

v  Strategies for adequate development:

Ø  Elaborate:
Spell out the details by defining, or by clarifying and adding relevant, pertinent information.

Ø  Illustrate:
Paint a verbal picture that helps make or clarify your point(s). Well illustrated pieces are easier to read and follow than those on a high level of abstraction.

Ø  Argue:
Give the reasons, justifications, and rationales for the position or view you have taken in the topic sentence. Draw inferences for the reader and explain the significance of assertions or claims being made.

Ø  Narrate:
Relate the historical development of the phenomenon at issue.

Ø  Process:
Describe how something works.

Ø  Describe:
Observe without preconceived categories.

Ø  Classify:
Organize phenomena or ideas into larger categories that share common characteristics.

Ø  Analyze:
Divide phenomena or ideas into elements.

Ø  Compare andContrast:
Show similarities and differences between two or more phenomena or ideas.

Ø  Relate:
Show correlations and causes beware of logical fallacies, however.

2.    Tell more about coherence.

Coherence: Arrange ideas in a clear, logical order. Provide appropriate transitions to the subsequent paragraph

Coherence In a paragraph is the tehnique of making words,phrases and sentences move smoothly and logically from one to the other. In other words, coherence refers to the extent to which the flow of ideas in a paragraph is easily understood by the reader.

coherence is product of many different factors, which combine to make every paragraph, every sentence, and every phrase contribute to the meaning of the whole piece. Coherence in writing is much more difficult to sustain than coherent speech simply because writers have no nonverbal clues to inform them if their message is clear or not. Therefore, writers must make their patterns of coherence much more explicit and much more carefully planned. Coherence itself is the product of two factors -paragraph unity and sentence cohesion.

3.    Describing My self

Hy guys do you know about me???ok….okk wait,,wait I want to tell about me J

To describe about my self completely, I want to need divide it into some aspect. The first my name is Nova arianti my nick name is nova as my family called me. I was born on november 19,1993. I live in jl.lintas liwa kec.way tenong lampung barat and here I boarding house in jl.KH dewantara 15a kota metro beside baituroza mosque. Second I am a girl with brown skin and black eyes. My weight is 47 kg and I am 156 cm. I have plat nose and long hair. I always wearing a veil if I go to campus because from child I didn’t weared the veil. I studied in elementary school 1 karang agung lampung barat, junior hight school 3 way tenong lampung barat, vocational hight school 1 fajar bulan lampung barat. And now I cintinuing to study in Muhammadiyah University of Metro. I take English Education Departement  and I am now fourth semesters. Third I am a stolid girl in the class and a bit lazy when I am at my boarding house. The best thing about me is if me is me and always becoming my self not the other. Many people said if me stupid may be but I don’t care about said they are I only take a positive think and I always hope if I can become someone succes if I want to study hard again. I believe if allah always beside me always help me when me in inside difficult time. The last I have some hobbies. I like listening to the music, especially west pop music. I like the anime eiffel tower I don’t know why I like it in my mind if in place paris is romantic place so I want to go to although in my dreams. I like singing, but I can not sing a song very well.my favorite foods nooedle and my favorite drinks is es cream and jus manggo. I like playing together with my best friends take a picture where we are hangout. I hope to continue I can be the best again in study and I hope I can write be better again.ok guys it’s little about my story and I am sorry if many mistake J
